बेरोजगारी के कारण पढ़े लिखे युवाओं को परिवार के पालन पोषण के लिए मजबूरी में चाय की दुकान या होटल पर काम करना पड़ रहा है।
बेरोजगारी का कारण हम भी है क्योंकि हम ये सोच लेते हैं कि जितनी डिग्री हमारे पास होगी उतनी अच्छी नौकरी मिलेगी लेकिन नौकरी डिग्री से नहीं काम के अनुभव से मिलती है।

बेरोजगारी का सबसे बड़ा कारण अशिक्षा है। शिक्षा नहीं मिलने से अधिकतर युवा अनपढ़ रह जाते हैं। जिस वजह से उन्हें नौकरी नहीं मिल पाती और मजबूरी में मजदूरी करते हैं या ठेकेदार के शोषण का शिकार होते हैं।
बेरोजगारी मिटाने के लिए सरकार ने कौशल विकास केद्रों की स्थापना की है जहाँ युवा को अपने मनपसंद कार्यों का प्रशिक्षण मिलता है जिससे वे अपना व्यवसाय शुरू कर सकते है।
कंप्यूटर ने सबसे ज्यादा बेरोजगारी को बढ़ावा दिया है क्योंकि एक ही कंप्यूटर हजारों लोगों का कार्य कर देता है।
भविष्य में बेरोजगारी का सामना नहीं करना पड़े इसके लिए हमें पसंदीदा कार्यक्षेत्र का ही चुनाव करना चाहिए ताकि उसका अनुभव लेकर नोकरी नहीं मिलने पर अपना काम शुरू कर सकें।

Computers have promoted unemployment the most because a single computer can do the work of thousands of people.
In order not to face unemployment in future, we should choose the preferred field of work so that taking experience of it, we can start our work if we do not get a job.
