1. कृष्ण जन्माष्टमी हिंदू धर्म का मुख्य और प्राचीन पर्व है।
2. कृष्ण भगवान का जन्म भाद्रपद माह की कृष्ण पक्ष की अष्टमी को मध्यरात्रि को रोहिणी नक्षत्र में हुआ था।
3. भगवान विष्णु ने कंस का वध करने के लिए माता देवकी और पिता वसुदेव के कृष्ण रूप में जन्म लिया।
