 मेले की परिभाषा

जब किसी एक स्थान पर बहुत से लोग किसी सामाजिक ,धार्मिक एवं व्यापारिक या अन्य कारणों से एकत्र होते हैं तो उसे मेला कहते हैं।

प्रस्तावना

भारत में हर छोटे बड़े बड़े उत्सव पर मेला लगता है। गाँव और शहरों में भी दिन मेले लगते रहते है। मेला हमेशा एक बड़े मैदान पर लगता है। मेला लगने का मुख्य कारण भारत में मनाये जाने वाले त्यौहार है। मेले के आकर्षण की वजह से ज़्यादा से ज़्यादा लोग मेला देखने के लिए आते है।

सभी लोग अपने माता पिता दोस्तों के साथ मेला देखने आते है। यहाँ तरह तरह के कार्यक्रम और खेल आयोजित होते है। बच्चो को मेले में जाना सबसे अधिक पसंद है। मेला भारत के त्यौहार की पहचान है जब मेला लगता है तो यहाँ तरह तरह के मनोरंजन के कार्यक्रम आयोजित होते है।

मेले से त्योहारों में रौनक आ जाती है। मेला में मन को प्रफुल्लित करने वाले मनोरंजक दृश्य यहाँ देखने को मिलते है। कोई भी मनुष्य कितना भी व्यस्त क्यों ना हो जब वो मेले की बात सुनता है तो उसके चेहरे पर एक अलग ही मुस्कान आ जाती है।

कोई भी मनुष्य मेले में जाता है तो वहा का मौहाल देख कर सारी थकान भूल कर मेले में व्यस्त हो जाता है। उसे अपने बचपन के दिन याद आते है यही तो मेले का आनन्द है। मेले का हमारे देश और जीवन दोनों में बहुत महत्त्व है।

मेले में  विभिन्न खाद्य पदर्थो को बेचने की अलग अलग प्रकार की ढेरो दुकाने होती है। मेले में मुख्य रूप से व्यवसाई आए कमाने के लिए दुकान खोलते हैं। जिससे लोग अपने मनपसंद चीज़ो को खरीद सकते है। गाँव के मेले में अधिकतर खिलौनों, पकवानों, कपड़ो, फैन्सी आईटम, चूडियो और फेरीवाले उपस्थित रहते है।

मेले दो तरह के लगते है शहरी और ग्रामीण यानि गाँव का मेला मगर दोनों की सुविधाओं में फर्क होता है। एक और शहर के मेले में चमक धमक पूरी सुविधाएं होती है। तो दूसरी और गाँव का मेला साधाहरण होता है, वहा मनोरंजन के साधन और अन्य सुविधाएँ सीमित मात्र में होती है।

शहर का मेला (City Fare)

शहर के मेले गाँव के मेले के मुकाबले बड़े और ज्यादा मनोरंजन के साधनों से युक्त होते है। शहर के मेला में सभी सुविधाएँ और प्रत्येक मनपसंद वस्तुए उपलब्ध होती है।

शहरों का मेला पूरे वर्ष में निर्धारित तिथि में आयोजित किया जाता है।  व्यापारिक मेला में व्यापार के साथ लोगो के मनोरंजन का भी ध्यान रखा जाता है। जिससे ज्यादा से ज्यादा लोग आये और मनोरंजन के साथ अपनी आवश्यकता की वस्तुए भी ख़रीदे और विक्रेता की अच्छी आय हो सके।

प्रत्येक मेले का संबंध किसी ना किसी धार्मिक पर्व या संस्कृति से होता है। जैसे:- होली, नवरात्रे, दिवाली इनमे जो मेले लगते है ये धार्मिक होते है। जिसमे सभी लोग भाग लेते है।

पशु मेले में केवल पशुओ का ही मेला होता है। यहाँ केवल पशुओ की खरीद और बिक्री होती है। इसमें केवल वही मनुष्य सम्मलित होता है। जिसके पास पशु बिक्री या खरीद के लिए होते है। ठीक वैसे ही कुंभ का मेला है। जो केवल धार्मिक परंपराओं के लिए जाना जाता है। यहां पर केवल ईश्वर में विश्वास रखने वाले लोग आते हैं।

मेला भीड़ से घिरा रहता है, इसको ध्यान में रखते हुए सरकार लोगो के लिए सुरक्षा का पूरा प्रबन्ध करती है। जिससे मेला का आयोजन पूरी शांति और बिना किसी घटना के समाप्त हो सके।

मेले में झूले, मनोरंजन और अन्य पकवानों की दुकाने काफी संख्य में होती है। मेले में किसी पर कोई रोक नहीं होती है। इसमें गाँव या शहर की पूरी जनता भाग लेती है इसलिए मेले का आयोजन बड़ी और खुली जगह पर किया जाता है।

मेले में काफी भीड़ होती है इसलिए शोर-शराबा भी बहुत होता है इसके लिए मेले में होने वाले खेल के आयोजन, दुकानदार, और अन्य बड़े व्यवसाई लाउडस्पीकर का इस्तेमाल करते हैं। जिसके द्वारा वे लोगों को आकर्षित करने के लिए अलग अलग तरीके अपनाते हैं और उन्हें वस्तु खरीदने के लिए नई नई स्कीम देते हैं।

मेले में खेल दिखाने वाले जादूगर और कला करने वाले कलाकार अपनी कला का प्रदर्शन करके लोगों को आकर्षित करते हैं। जिससे उनके पास ज्यादा से ज्यादा लोग आए और उनके द्वारा आयोजित कार्यक्रमों को देखें।

गाँव का मेला

गाँव में मेला विशेषकर होली, दिवाली जैसे त्योहारों पर ही लगता है, इनमे अधिकतर धार्मिक कार्यों को ध्यान में रखकर आयोजित किया जाता है। भारत में पुरे साल में आने वाले सभी धार्मिक त्योहारों पर मेले का आयोजन होता है।

गाँव में मेला वह की सुविधाओं और जनसँख्या पर निर्भर है इसलिए गाँव का मेला छोटा होता है। शहर के मेले की तरह बड़ा नहीं होता है। स्थानीय ग्रामीण मेले में दुकानदार जो  दुकाने लगाते है, वो ज्यादातर खिलौने, मिठाइयाँ और छोटे-मोटे फैंसी सामान रखते है।

गांव के मेले का मुख्य आकर्षण का केद्र बच्चों के लिए मिठाई,  खिलौने और घरेलु वस्तुएं होती है। गाँव की आबादी छोटी होती है इसलिए यहाँ कभी कभी ही झूले लगते है मगर अधिकतर बच्चों की पसंदीदा चीज झूले है, जिसे देखते ही वे झूम उठते है।  

गाँव के मेले में  परम्परागत रूप से देशी वस्तुओं की बिक्री होती है। जिनमे में मुख्य रूप से  चाय के स्टाल, मिठाई, कचोरी, नमकीन चाट-पकोड़े और आइसक्रीम होती है। गाँव के मेले में जरुरत के घर के सामान, जैसे बर्तन, कपडे इत्यादि की दुकाने लगती है। 

मनोरंजक खेल

मेले में तरह तरह के खेल कार्यक्रम होते है। मेले में जादूगर का खेल होता है, जो अलग अलग जादू दिखाकर मनोरंजन करते है। जादू का खेल देखने बच्चो को काफी मज़ा आता है और इसके लिए अच्छी खासी भीड़ भी लगी होती है। जिसके लिए एक टिकिट मिलता है। जिसके बाद ही दर्शको को जादू का खेल देखने के लिए अंदर जाने दिया जाता है।

मेले  में अधिकतर बच्चे अपने माता पिता के साथ आते और नवयुवक अपने मित्रो के साथ आते है। मेले में बचपन में साथ पढ़े हुए दोस्तों भी मिल जाते है। जिससे हमारी ख़ुशी और भी बढ़ जाती है और हम मेले का भरपूर आनंद उठाते है।

मेले में कई विक्रेता ग्राहक को आकर्षित करने के लिए लुभावने तरीके अपनाते है। जिससे अधिक से अधिक लोग उनसे वस्तुएं खरीद सके। जिनमे एक इनामी प्रतियोगित में एक गोल लोहे पहिये को किसी भी वास्तु पर डाला जाता है। जिसके बाद वो वस्तु उस व्यक्ति की हो जाती है।

रामलीला का मेला

रामलीला का मेला सभी जगह लगता है। गाँव में रामलीला पुरे उत्साह के साथ मनाई जाती  है। हमारे देश में हर त्योहार पर मेला लगता है। अन्य मेलो की तरह भी रामलीला में भी मेला लगता है मगर ये कुछ घंटो के लिए लगता है।

मेले का दिन

कुछ छोटे गांव में सुविधा नाम मात्र की भी नहीं होती है इसलिए वहां मेला नहीं लग पाता है। जिन गांव में अच्छी सुविधाएं होती है वहां मेला लगता है इसीलिए अधिकतर छोटे गांव के लोग अपने से बड़े गांव में जाकर मेला देखते हैं। चाहे इसके लिए उन्हें पैदल ही क्यों ना चलना पड़े।

बच्चों की जुबान पर बस जल्दी से मेले में जाने की जिद लगी रहती है। बच्चे अपने माता पिता से मेले के लिए पैसे मांगते है, ताकि वह  स्वादिष्ट पकवानों, झूलो का आनंद ले सके और अपने लिए खिलोने खरीद सके।

मेले में हम स्वतंत्र रूप से प्रत्येक सुविधाओं का आनंद ले सकते हैं जैसे स्वादिष्ट पकवान, ऊंट की सवारी, मौत का कुआं, और जादू का खेल। मेले में जिस प्रकार से हमें आनंद आता है हमारा मन कहीं और जाने का नहीं करता।

मेले में आने से पहले कुछ दूर पर ही लोगो का शोरगुल और लाउडस्पीकर की आवाज सुनाई देने लगती है। मेले में सबसे पहले हम घूम घूम कर देख लेते है की खाने के लिए क्या क्या है और खरीदने के लिए क्या क्या वास्तु मौजूद है। जब भूख लगती है घूम-घूम कर पसंदीदा पकवानों का आनंद लेते है।

सभी लोग मेले में घूम घूम कर मेले का आनंद उठाते है। बच्चे अपने लिए खिलोने और बड़े अपनी जरूत की चीजे व बच्चो के लिए मिठाई और खिलोने खरीदते फिर शाम को घर लौट जाते है।

मेले में लोगो सावधान होना जरुरी

मेले में होने वाली दुर्घटना, चोरी और अन्य अपराध वहा उपस्थित भीड़ के कारण होता है क्यूंकि लोग मेले में इतना व्यस्त और खो जाते है की वे सतर्क रहना भूल जाते है। इसी का फायदा उठा कर चोर लोगो के मोबाइल, पर्स, कीमती सामान चुरा लेते है। जिससे गुम  होने बहुत दुःख होता है

मेले में अपराधिक घटनाएं चोरी लड़ाई झगड़े जैसी घटना होना आम है इसीलिए हमें मेले में जाते समय पूरी तरह सतर्क रहना चाहिए। मेले में सरकार भी पूरी तरह सतर्क रहती है और सुरक्षा के कड़े इंतजाम करती है।

मगर इस भरोसे हम लापरवाह हो जाए ये बिलकुल नहीं होना चाहिए इसलिए मेले में जाते वक्त अपने कीमती सामान के साथ माता पिता को अपने बच्चों सबसे अधिक ध्यान रखना चाहिए।
